Privacy Policy for KNEW

1. Introduction “KNEW” is an educational application developed by Kru P’New Tutor Math (the “Institute”) for our enrolled students. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

2. Data Collection We do not offer public account registration within the app. All user accounts are created manually by the Institute’s administration based on the information provided by students/guardians during the offline enrollment process at our physical tutorial school.

The data we collect and process includes:

• Student Name and Surname
• Student ID (issued by the Institute)
• Enrolled Courses
• Learning usage data (e.g., homework submissions, test scores)

3. Purpose of Data Usage We use the collected data strictly for Educational Management and Student Development purposes, including:

• Tracking learning progress and attendance.
• Allowing students to submit assignments and questions to teachers.
• Improving our teaching curriculum based on student performance.
• We do not share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention and Deletion (Right to Delete) We retain student data as long as the student is enrolled in our courses or as required by educational records.

How to Request Account/Data Deletion: Since accounts are managed by the Institute, users cannot delete their accounts directly inside the app to prevent accidental loss of academic records. However, you have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by:

1.         Contacting our administration counter at the Institute.

2.         Emailing us at: newchawa@hotmail.com

3.         Sending a request through the “Contact Admin” channel within the application.

Upon receiving a request, we will verify your identity and proceed to delete your account and associated data from our servers within 30 days.
